Robust and Low Maintenance Community Facility

Belmont Baths Amenities building provides a new lakeside community  facility. Working closely with LMCC stakeholders, the design incorporates  robust materials with careful consideration of potential vandalism and  ongoing maintenance. Use of concrete, masonry and galvanized steel with integrated public art provides a building that sits sensitively within the lake front context.
